Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking an accomplished Regional Director to drive sales across life, annuity and health solutions. The role will be remote but must be based in Southern California, with a focus on building a high-producing agent network and achieving quota.

You will recruit producers, develop business plans, manage relationships, and coordinate with Crump’s operations teams to issue and place policies, while maintaining CRM records and delivering seminars.

Qualifications

• Excellent prospecting, presentation, and conceptual selling skills.
• Minimum four years of successful life insurance sales experience.
• Experience recruiting new producers and growing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit producers into book of business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive activity and results.
• Develop a business plan to meet quotas and drive performance.
• Grow book of business and maintain producer relationships.
• Maintain CRM activity records and conduct seminars for agents.
• Understand underwriting process and navigate cases from presale to placement.
