Job summary

The Chicago School of Professional Psychology is seeking a part‑time licensed clinical psychologist to provide individual supervision to practicum students on Southern California campuses. Supervisors will meet weekly and report to the College Director of the Office of Placement and Training for the College of Professional Psychology.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA‑accredited program.
• Licensed psychologist.
• Experience supervising doctoral‑level students in a clinical setting.
• Experience with psychological testing and report writing.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with supervisees for supervision at least one hour per week (not to exceed two hours).
• Review student clinical notes and testing reports and provide feedback.
• Support students in developing professional identity and clinical skills.
• Assist students with selection, administration, and scoring of assessment tools.
• Support students in understanding ethics in clinical practice and identify ethical concerns.
• Integrate diversity in assessment, conceptualization, and treatment of clients.
• Assist students in writing well‑organized and clear psychological reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Adhere to professional conduct and ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
