Qualifications

• Active, California-licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.)
• Primary supervisor for Psy.D. associates per Board requirements
• Experience in clinical supervision preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Simple Practice platform a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed Psy.D. associates.
• Provide in-person therapy sessions (individuals, couples, families) as desired.
• Develop effective treatment plans based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
