Job summary

SafeTouch Security, Inc. is seeking a SOC Supervisor for the third shift in Jacksonville, FL. This on-site leadership role oversees alarm monitoring, emergencies, and customer support across a fast-paced, tech-driven SOC environment.

You will lead SOC team members, manage incident escalations, ensure staffing coverage, and maintain performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop SOC team members with feedback, training and support.
• Oversee daily SOC operations: alarm events, incidents, notifications, and customer interactions.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for complex security events and operational issues.
• Coordinate emergency responses and communicate with customers, first responders, and on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and onboarding of SOC personnel.
• Maintain production and performance metrics for individuals and team.
