Job summary

Inspira Health Network seeks a Security Operations Center Officer to oversee safety and security for personnel, assets and facilities. You will receive calls, dispatch security staff, monitor cameras, and report safety issues while coordinating across teams in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6 months of security and/or dispatch experience.
• 3 years’ experience in law enforcement, dispatch ops, private security or investigations preferred.
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
• Ability to interact with hospital employees, visitors, patients, contractors and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch calls for service and requests for assistance to security officers.
• Monitor surveillance camera systems and identify safety issues.
• Report safety issues to appropriate security personnel.
• Coordinate safety operations for all security personnel during crises.
• Interface with staff and the public with strong interpersonal communication.
