Job summary

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. is seeking an SoC RTL Engineer to drive RTL design for high-performance SSD controllers. You will participate in the full design cycle, from micro-architecture to tapeout readiness, enabling next-generation data-center storage solutions.

Qualifications include a BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering and strong RTL coding in Verilog/SystemVerilog. Experience with AMBA, PCIe, NAND, DDR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in logic design and micro-architecture; RTL coding in Verilog and/or SystemVerilog language.

Responsibilities

• RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for IP based on existing module or new specifications.
• Collaborate with Design Verification, Silicon Validation, and Firmware teams to ensure design quality.
