Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of system engineering or related work experience.
• MS or PhD degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Industry experience in computer architecture, SoC development, or OS principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers across HW, SW, marketing and product planning to define SOC architecture plans balancing performance, power and thermal.
• Lead performance and systems studies to engineer market-leading SoC products.
• Define complex workloads (gaming, AI) and derive system requirements.
• Utilize simulators and profilers to identify bottlenecks and justify architectural changes.
• Communicate results effectively to technical leads and peers.
• Invent and file patents on technical solutions.
