Job summary

Citadel Security USA is seeking a detail-oriented SOC Operator to monitor and coordinate security operations from the Fort Collins Operations Center. The role involves observing live surveillance, coordinating incident responses, and maintaining precise operational documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring camera systems, dispatching officers, and producing thorough reports. The position requires calmness under pressure, strong communication, and proficiency with multiple software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor multiple screens.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm during rapidly changing situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive operational information.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Remote Monitoring: Monitor live camera systems, conduct virtual patrols, verify officer post assignments, identify unusual activity and initiate responses.
• Dispatch & Incident Coordination: Dispatch patrol officers or notify emergency responders, communicate updates to supervisors and field personnel, escalate significant events as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare incident reports, review officer reports, maintain electronic logs, ensure reporting meets company standards.
• Operational Support: Monitor officer compliance, provide real-time information to Supervisors, answer calls from clients and staff, maintain shift communications.
• Video Systems Administration: Retrieve and export surveillance footage, provide video evidence to clients or law enforcement, report equipment issues to IT.
