Deloitte France's Cyber Operate team seeks a Managed Services Engineer II to join our 24/7 security operations. You will monitor alerts, respond to incidents, and coordinate escalations while maintaining detailed documentation and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Experience with SIEM and related security tech (IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, EDR, antivirus, sandboxing, firewalls, threat intel, pen testing).
• Experience identifying attack activity (network probing, DDoS, malicious code); knowledge of TCP/IP/DNS/HTTP; security architecture.
• Able to work rotating shifts for 24/7 client support and split time between Deloitte office.
• Travel about 10% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and follow SOPs within SLA.
• Respond to incidents using documented procedures and templates; verify validity.
• Coordinate hotline calls and escalate to Level 2 when needed.
• Perform IOC searches; monitor threat intel; advise L2 with content tuning.
• Document shift handover details and update procedures; complete training.
