Job summary

RADICL Defense is seeking a Senior SOC Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the RADICL vSOC, directing Tier 1–3 analysts and ensuring 24x7 coverage. You will align incident response, threat intelligence, and detection engineering, while guiding hiring, onboarding, and skills development.

As an early member of a fast-growing cybersecurity company, you’ll influence platform development, work with cutting-edge tech, and help protect U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations or MDR/MSSP environment.
• Experience leading a 24x7 security operations team.
• Strong incident response and escalation skills.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat intel.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tenant environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the RADICL vSOC across tiers.
• Ensure 24x7 coverage with shift scheduling and escalation management.
• Bridge front-line analysts with broader security programs (IR, TI, detection).
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and skills development for analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC runbooks and SOPs.
