Job summary

RADICL is seeking a SOC Manager to lead a Tier 1–3 analyst team and run a 24x7 SOC in a hybrid Colorado setting. You will oversee escalation, incident response coordination, and collaboration with threat intelligence and detection engineering to drive continuous improvement.

You will partner with a cross-functional team to refine playbooks, optimize SOC workflows, and ensure customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, MDR, or a managed security services environment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a 24×7 SOC or security analyst team, including shift scheduling and on-call management.
• Deep understanding of the SOC analyst workflow—from alert triage to incident response handoff.
• Working knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Kill Chain).
• Strong incident response background with IR playbooks and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Tier 1–3 security analysts, providing day-to-day leadership and performance management.
• Develop and refine the SOC escalation framework with defined SLAs and clear communication protocols.
• Ensure integration of analyst triage and investigation workflows with the MDR incident response lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the RAID team to operationalize threat intelligence within the SOC.
• Maintain and improve SOC runbooks, playbooks, and SOPs for continuous improvement.
