Job summary

RADICL is seeking a SOC Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the vSOC, directing a team of security analysts across all tiers to ensure 24x7 coverage and rapid response.

You will align incident response, threat intelligence, and detection engineering, drive process improvements, and partner with the RADICL RAID team. Hybrid work in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations, MDR, or MSSP.
• At least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
• Experience managing a 24×7 SOC and shift scheduling.
• Deep understanding of SOC workflows from alert triage to incident response handoff.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Kill Chain).
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, and SOAR tools.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the vSOC with 24×7 coverage.
• Coach and manage Tier 1–3 analysts; conduct 1:1s and reviews.
• Manage escalations and SLA adherence.
• Integrate SOC with Incident Response and RAID team.
• Develop and refine IR playbooks; coordinate post-incident reviews.
• Define and report SOC metrics to leadership.
