Job summary

MRL Consulting Group | Global Niche Technology Recruitment invites an experienced SoC Architect to lead the architecture for our next-generation switch SoC. You will own the hardware lifecycle from concept through validation and post-silicon support.

Collaborate with RTL, physical design, systems, and software teams to define features and co-designs, perform detailed performance analyses, and publish customer documentation and technical guides.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a Master’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proven track record deploying architectures and features in SoC products.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Steer the capability progression of our switch SoC and own end-to-end hardware architecture lifecycle.
• Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, Systems and Software teams to enable new features and co-designs.
• Analyze performance, power, area trade-offs and model complex use cases.
• Author hardware specs and architectural validation plans.
• Review downstream specs and verification plans to ensure requirements are met.
