Openkrill is seeking a SOC Analyst to implement, monitor, and support security tool platforms used by the organization and clients. You will respond to security alerts, help onboard clients, and ensure proper event identification and legitimacy in collaboration with Managed Teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and clear communication with customers. You will perform vulnerability remediation, health checks, participate in incident response exercises,

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required or preferred
• CompTIA Security+ preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Mansioni

• Respond to security events and incidents sourced from security platforms; mitigate and remediate with confidence
• Onboard clients into security platforms and ensure full coverage
• Perform vulnerability remediation and communicate impact to the organization
• Develop SME knowledge of security platforms and share insights with the team
• Provide feedback for process improvements to supervisor
• Conduct regular security platform health checks for accurate coverage
• Follow change management procedures for activities
• Participate in internal Incident Response tabletop exercises
• Review reports and escalate findings as needed
• Attend training and document key learning points
• Create and maintain technical and training documentation
• Assist CISO with additional duties as required
