EY is seeking a SOAR Engineering Manager to lead security automation initiatives, guiding architecture, delivery, and client advisory across enterprise environments. You will shape automation strategies, oversee platform implementations, and drive measurable value from cybersecurity investments.

The role requires strong leadership, deep SOC knowledge, and hands-on experience with major SOAR platforms, APIs, and integrations, with a focus on scalable, secure solutions and multi-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, MIS or related field.
6–10 years of experience in security automation, SOAR engineering, SOC or cybersecurity engineering.
Hands-on with enterprise SOAR platforms and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SOAR and security automation engagements from discovery to operational transition.
Advise on automation strategy, governance, platform selection, and roadmaps for SOC effectiveness.
Own solution architecture and delivery quality for enterprise SOAR implementations.
