Job summary

EY is seeking a SOAR Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of security automation solutions across client environments. You will oversee end-to-end engagements and guide teams through architecture, testing, and deployment, while aligning with client goals and SOC effectiveness.

You will advise on automation strategy, governance, and platform selection, and manage cross-functional teams and engagements with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 6-10 years of security automation experience.
• Experience leading teams delivering enterprise SOAR solutions.
• Hands-on with enterprise SOAR platforms such as Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOAR engagements from discovery to deployment and transition.
• Advise on automation strategy, governance, and SOC effectiveness.
• Own solution architecture and delivery quality for enterprise SOAR implementations.
• Design playbooks for incident triage, containment, and reporting.
• Oversee integrations across SIEM, IAM, cloud security, and ticketing platforms.
• Provide oversight for custom integrations and cloud-native automation.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and stakeholder communications.
