EY is seeking a SOAR Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of security automation solutions. You will guide engagements across security operations, incident response, and engineering to help clients respond to threats faster and more effectively.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, shape automation strategies, and oversee platform implementations while maintaining high client satisfaction and delivering measurable value from cybersecurity investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field with 6-10 years of relevant security automation experience.
• Experience leading design and delivery of security automation or SOAR solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with enterprise SOAR platforms such as Cortex XSOAR, Sentinel Automation, Splunk SOAR or equivalents.
• Strong software development/scripting in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOAR engagements from discovery to operational transition.
• Advise on automation strategy, governance, and platform selection.
• Own solution architecture and delivery quality for enterprise SOAR implementations.
• Direct design and development of playbooks for incident triage and remediation.
• Oversee integrations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, and collaboration platforms.
• Provide technical oversight for custom integrations and cloud-native automation.
