Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients to build good relationships and understand their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask by managing product production while engaging new clients.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must not be sensitive to scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
