Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients by building good relationships and understanding their needs, making suitable product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask by managing product production and engaging with clients as they arrive and leave.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks requiring reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Perform cleaning functions such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
