Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
• Build good relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by managing product production and engaging with clients.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, upholding all policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Not sensitive to scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50lbs.
