Soap Maker / Retail Associate - Part Time

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met professionally.
• Build good relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by managing product production while engaging with clients.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, upholding all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements :

• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50lbs.
• Perform movements like reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Perform cleaning functions such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
