Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients effectively by building good relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask by managing product production while engaging with clients.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Not sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various physical movements including reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
