Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask between product production and customer engagement.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment, upholding company policies.
