Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting clients’ needs professionally
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs
• Recommend products to clients
• Maintain minimum sales requirements
• Multi-task by managing product production and engaging clients
• Maintain cleanliness of the Makery and retail areas
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, adhering to all policies and procedures
