Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Possess basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients effectively, building good relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask by managing product production and engaging with clients as they arrive and leave.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced, and fun environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Perform cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
