Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients by building good relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by juggling product production and engaging with clients.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, upholding company policies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Not sensitive to scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Perform various physical movements including reaching, climbing, balancing, and crouching.
• Perform cleaning functions like dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
