Tasks and Responsibilities

• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met professionally
• Engage with clients, building relationships and understanding their needs
• Make product recommendations
• Maintain minimum sales requirements
• Multi-task by managing product production and engaging with clients
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery and retail areas
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment, upholding all policies
