Job summary

Buff City Soap in Brentwood, TN is seeking a guest-facing team member to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in a lively Makery environment.

You will help customers choose products, maintain store standards, and support production during busy times; the role involves five days a week, with a 30–45 hour schedule, depending on status. This position offers opportunities for growth and daily pay options along with employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by juggling product production as clients enter and leave, engaging new clients upon arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including the production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while upholding company policies.
• Candidates should expect to work five days per week with approximately a 30- to 45-hour schedule depending on hourly or salary status.
