Buff City Soap in Columbia, TN is seeking a customer-focused, seasonal team member to join our Makery and retail operations. You’ll help customers, make product recommendations, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced store environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, casual dress, and opportunities for growth. Seasonal through December, with daily pay options and employee discounts on products and services.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with clients and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make product recommendations to customers.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by juggling product production as clients enter and leave; engage new clients on arrival.
• Assist with keeping the Makery and retail areas clean.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment while following company policies.
