Buff City Soap is seeking a high-energy team member for Makery and retail duties. You will deliver friendly customer service, engage clients, and recommend products to meet their needs.

Expect a five-day work week with about 30–45 hours, in a fast-paced setting. The position emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and adherence to policies. Training and growth opportunities are offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with all clients, building relationships and meeting their needs.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain minimum sales requirements.

Responsibilities
