Buff City Soap in Sioux Falls offers a part-time Soap Maker/Retail Associate role focused on high-energy customer interactions and product recommendations. You will contribute to a fast-paced Makery and retail environment, prioritizing customer needs and teamwork to meet sales goals.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting with production, and engaging with clients to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task. Juggling product production as clients enter and leave. Engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including the production and retail areas.
