Job summary

Buff City Soap is seeking team members for a seasonal role through late December. This fast-paced position offers flexible scheduling, daily pay options, and staff discounts in a supportive, high-energy environment.

You’ll provide excellent customer service, make product recommendations, assist with product production in the Makery, and help maintain clean retail and production spaces while working closely with teammates to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients’ needs are met.
• Ability to engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task. Juggling product production as clients enter and leave. Engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including the production and retail areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced fun environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
