Buff City Soap is seeking a Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time to join a high energy team in a bustling retail Makery. You will engage customers, help select products, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced shop floor.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, recommending items, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in product production while collaborating with teammates. This role rewards effort with bonuses and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task between product production as clients enter and leave, engaging new clients.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including the production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced environment while upholding policies and procedures.
