Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite private credit and structured equity investments across data centers, fiber, wireless and technology-enabled infrastructure.
• Build cash flow and credit models: debt sizing, DSCR, covenant testing, downside cases and recovery analysis.
• Run diligence on borrowers, assets, contracts and counterparties, coordinating technical, legal and commercial advisors.
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and present recommendations.
• Support structuring and documentation alongside counsel, from term sheet through close.
• Monitor portfolio positions post-close, including covenant compliance, amendments and borrower performance.

Futura Search Partners is working on this search with a global alternative asset manager investing across private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate, with particular depth in the middle market. Its digital infrastructure platform provides credit and structured equity across data centers, fiber, wireless and connectivity assets.

The role

An investment seat on a specialist digital infrastructure credit team. You will underwrite and execute private credit and structured transactions across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, with exposure to the full range of structures the platform uses.

What you’ll do

• Underwrite private credit and structured equity investments across data centers, fiber, wireless and technology-enabled infrastructure.
• Build cash flow and credit models: debt sizing, DSCR, covenant testing, downside cases and recovery analysis.
• Run diligence on borrowers, assets, contracts and counterparties, coordinating technical, legal and commercial advisors.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years in private credit, digital infrastructure private equity, infrastructure debt, leveraged finance or investment banking covering digital infrastructure or TMT.

• Interest in the asset class and a working understanding of what drives value and risk in data centers and fiber.
• Comfortable with complex, relationship-led deals in the middle market, where the situation is rarely standard.
