Job summary

Victory Solutions LLC in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Specialist 4 to lead CDM activities for NASA's Space Nuclear Propulsion SNP team at MSFC. The role focuses on change control, baselines, and data packaging using SharePoint and Office 365 tools.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with SNP leadership and NASA stakeholders, develop manuals and workflows, and ensure secure handling of ITAR and Proprietary data in a fast-paced space technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 18 years of applicable CDM experience including baselines, operation of project control boards, and configuration status accounting.
• Proficient knowledge of CDM functions such as change management, tracking, and development of agendas/minutes.
• Experience with a fast-paced space technology development project environment preferred.
• Experience managing technical and programmatic reviews including data items and templates.
• Significant experience with document and data product management, tracking, organization, and storage/retrieval.
• SharePoint advanced administrator experience; Office 365 and Power Apps familiarity.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to interface at all levels.
• NDIA CDM Manager/Specialist certifications desired.
• Experience handling Proprietary, ITAR, EAR data.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM and DM processes for SNP team at NASA MSFC.
• Coordinate with SNP leadership, scheduling, Mission Directorate, and NASA HQ.
• Provide leadership to CDM/DM personnel for CM/DM implementation.
• Guide integration of programmatic data and control processes.
• Support SNP meetings and governance boards with agendas and minutes.
• Develop and maintain CM/DM work instructions and change package management.
• Coordinate and submit technical packages for release and deliverables.
• Ensure proper logging, distribution of deliverables, and data packaging.
