Job summary

Victory Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamo Technologies, providing technical and engineering services to NASA, DoD, industry and academia. This mid-career Configuration and Data Management role supports NASA MSFC's Human Lander System program onsite in Huntsville, managing data and applying established CM/DM processes.

The successful candidate will lead CM/DM activities, develop and maintain procedures, support audits, and ensure data availability, security, and traceability across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s may substitute for up to 3 years experience.
• Knowledge of IT/data management tools (Windchill, Jira, SharePoint) required.
• Understanding of CDM/change management functions and agendas/minutes development is required.
• MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, ACCESS) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM/DM leadership and guidance to Human Landing Systems.
• Develop and maintain Charters for Control Boards and prepare meeting materials.
• Support Change Package Manager (CPM) for data items and develop CM/DM Work Instructions.
• Provide Data Quality Assurance (DQA) and audits support; prepare Audit Plans.
• Maintain data records and ensure data availability with proper security markings.
• Coordinate data with internal/external customers to support program goals.
