Job summary

Lee Canyon Ski & Snowboard School is hiring instructors to provide high-quality ski and snowboard lessons for a range of ages from 3 to adults. The role emphasizes safety, fun, and adherence to PSIA-AASI teaching standards, with opportunities to contribute to guest services and events.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old, have strong guest service skills, and be willing to participate in training. Bilingual abilities are a plus in a diverse guest environment.

Qualifications

• Sixteen (16) years or older at time of hire.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Certification preferred but NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct groups and individuals in ski and snowboard using PSIA-AASI standards.
• Assist with non-teaching guest service tasks (boot fitting, snow removal, etc.).
• Attend all training sessions as assigned.
• Maintain guest safety and adapt to varying weather and terrain conditions.
