Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation in Colorado seeks a SnowSports Headquarters Private Coordinator to manage private lessons, line-ups, and VIP guest services. You will coordinate with instructors, SnowSports supervisors, and guests to ensure smooth lessons and smooth operations throughout the day.

You will also audit payroll, support sales initiatives for lessons, and assist HQ Leads during training and onboarding, with opportunities to help with staff onboarding and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the SnowSports HQ office.
• Knowledge of SnowSports School staff and procedures; able to handle guest complaints.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task under interruptions.

Responsabilités

• Assign private lessons, including multi-day series, matching guests with the right pro.
• Manage outdoor private lesson line-ups; resolve scheduling and guest issues.
• Provide concierge service to VIP guests; book lessons and make changes.
• Support sales initiatives for lessons and assist with payroll audits.
• Assist HQ Leads during training and onboarding; help with staff scheduling.
