Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED or equivalent with hands-on outdoor labor experience.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: basic mechanical principles, use of hand/power tools, winter safety practices.
• Ability to perform heavy physical work in extreme cold and night shifts as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust and move snowmaking equipment and hoses safely and efficiently.
• Monitor weather to optimize snow quality and production.
• Complete daily logs of snow production, weather readings and equipment status.
