Loon Mountain Resort in New Hampshire is seeking an entry-level Snowmaker to help create high-quality snow across three mountain peaks. You will set up snow guns, monitor air/water mixes, and perform routine maintenance while working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
The role emphasizes safety and teamwork with departments like Grooming and Ski Patrol, and involves operating snow-related equipment. The position requires comfort with manual labor, hiking, and operating in extreme conditions.
Create massive amounts of snow while utilizing New Hampshire’s most powerful snowmaking. Work with a team of driven individuals all focused on creating high-quality snow across three mountain peaks. As a Loon snowmaker, you will routinely work with industry‑leading snowmaking equipment while maintaining waterlines, hydrants, and high‑pressure pumps across the resort. You must be safety conscious, love the outdoors, and be able to hike and work in extreme weather conditions. Entry level position in Snowmaking department. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.

Basic math skills required.

Resort Certification on related equipment may be obtained as needed.
