Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal snowmaking operator to assist with the safe and efficient operation of snowmaking equipment and power production at Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake, CA.

This entry-level to mid-level role starts at $19.00/hr to $22.80/hr, depending on experience, with a schedule that can include second and third shifts. Employees receive standard employee perks and are subject to a background check; EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Calm and collective demeanor during challenging operations.
• Ability to monitor and record data from snowmaking equipment remotely.
• Able to read safety and operating instructions and follow procedures.
• Flexible schedules, including second and third shifts.
