The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking an entry-level Snowmaker I to help launch the ski season and maintain base snow in the mountains. You’ll work outdoors in a rugged environment, learn snowmaking fundamentals under supervision, and contribute to a safe, efficient snowmaking operation.

As a Summit at Snoqualmie Snowmaker I, you play a vital role in launching our ski and tubing season as early as possible and helping maintain the snow base that makes skiing and riding possible throughout the season. This entry-level, hands-on, and physically demanding position is perfect for individuals who love working outdoors, are team-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in cold and rugged mountain environments. Snowmaker I's learn the fundamentals of safe snowmaking equipment operation under the guidance of more experienced crew members.
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour West of Seattle via Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass, The Summit includes four unique mountain areas, a snow tubing park, Nordic center, SnowSports School, and 10+ food and beverage establishments.

The wage for this positions is: from $26.00/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
