Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Snowflake expertise
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture, performance, security, governance, and cost optimization
• Track record of adopting Snowflake capabilities in practice
• Experience driving platform capabilities across engineering or data teams
• Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms and enterprise data environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to Snowflake expert across the organization.
• Stay current on Snowflake releases, functionality, and roadmap.
• Evaluate new capabilities and recommend productivity, performance and cost improvements.
• Help teams adopt Snowflake capabilities for maximum value.
• Identify opportunities to reduce Snowflake spend and increase efficiency.
• Establish practical standards and best practices for Snowflake usage.
• Partner with data engineering, architecture, analytics, and technology teams on platform decisions.
• Provide guidance on architecture, performance, security, governance, and usage.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business impact.
• Influence teams and stakeholders without direct management authority.
