Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Snowflake Lead Developer to drive platform governance, security automation, and compliance initiatives from Fort Mill, SC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid). You will establish a Snowflake Center of Excellence, implement masking/classification, tokenization, and automated provisioning across environments.

Responsibilities include RBAC stabilization, audit remediation, API development, and integration with ServiceNow and IIQ teams.

Qualifications

• Snowflake security, governance, and automation experience
• CyberArk PAM, SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow implementation experience
• ServiceNow development and workflow automation
• Tokenization and masking platform implementation
• AWS Secrets Manager credential management
• Financial Services or regulated environment experience
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Establish Snowflake Center of Excellence framework and platform standards
• Remediate audit findings including CyberArk integration
• Implement Dynamic Data Masking and Protegrity tokenization
• Deploy credential protection via Conjur/AWS Secrets Manager
• Automate user provisioning and RBAC processes
• Develop Snowflake APIs for ServiceNow and IIQ integrations
• Collaborate with ServiceNow and IIQ teams to automate workflows
• Automate infrastructure deployment across environments
