Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Snowflake Lead Developer to drive enterprise-wide platform governance, security automation, and compliance initiatives in a 2-month+ contract. You will establish a Center of Excellence, implement data masking and tokenization, and automate access provisioning across all environments.

The role focuses on RBAC design, security framework implementation, and integration with CyberArk, Protegrity, and IAM services. On-site in Fort Mill, SC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Snowflake development, administration, and security.
• 3+ years implementing enterprise security and governance frameworks.
• 2+ years privileged access management and identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish Snowflake Center of Excellence framework and platform standards.
• Remediate audit findings including CyberArk integration for key pair authentication.
• Implement Dynamic Data Masking policies and Protegrity tokenization enterprise wide.
• Deploy Dynamic Data Classification framework and credential protection via Conjur Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Automate complete user access provisioning and infrastructure deployment across environments.
• Stabilize and document RBAC processes and set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting.
