Job summary

SRS Consulting Inc is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with deep Snowflake expertise to design, build, and optimize modern cloud-based data platforms. The role emphasizes scalable data pipelines, AI/ML-powered data solutions, and analytics enablement for business insights.

You will design and optimize Snowflake-based solutions, collaborate with data scientists and analysts, and ensure data quality, governance, and security across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data transformation frameworks.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data modeling, data governance, data quality, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, ADF, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and Snowflake-based data solutions.
• Optimize Snowflake performance, storage, and query execution.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, data marts, and reporting datasets.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and compliance across the data platform.
