Job summary

Brighton Ski Resort is seeking experienced snowcat operators to groom ski runs across 1000+ skiable acres for the 2026/27 season.

Responsibilities include safe operation of snowcats, daily inspections, and teamwork with staff. Must be 21+, able to lift 25 lbs, and have 3+ years of cat driving experience; enthusiasm for guest service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Knowledge of grooming equipment and standards is preferred (Mandatory).
• Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry.

Brighton Ski Resort is looking for a couple of experienced snowcat operators to groom ski runs over 1000+ skiable acres for the 2026/27 ski season. With a base area of 8750’ at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon, we average 500” of snow each season, and have terrain that appeals to all riding levels. • Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends and holidays)
• 3+ Years of cat driving experience
