Bataleon Snowboards in Seattle, WA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who lives snowboard culture and thrives in data-driven digital marketing. You will bridge creative vision with e-commerce execution, coordinating email campaigns, social content, and asset organization across global audiences.

You’ll work with an external agency, manage flows, and help grow a global online community while maintaining brand integrity and timelines.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media coordination, or e-commerce marketing (experience in action sports/outdoor industry is a plus).
• Proficiency with Klaviyo and social media management tools.
• Deep snowboard culture knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Excellent project management to coordinate agency work and a TikTok calendar.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to handle small tasks plus analyze campaign metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns and support the email calendar.
• Liaise daily with external email marketing agency; provide briefs, assets, and feedback.
• Bridge brand storytelling with e-commerce strategy to drive site traffic and product launches.
• Collaborate on flows (welcome series, abandoned cart) and list segmentation for relevant content.
• Organize and gatekeep digital assets; maintain clean media libraries and folders.
