The Marketing Coordinator supports Nordica’s U.S. trade, athlete, community and event programs day to day, strengthening nearly every corner of the marketing team’s work. Reporting to the Trade & Community Manager, with additional direction from the Digital Marketing Manager on select digital projects, this is where the team’s plans become reality.
This role is ideal for an organized, detail-driven self-starter who is hungry for broad marketing exposure. You’ll support ambassador and Pro Community programs, coordinate trade events and tradeshows, manage digital assets and our B2B showroom, and help keep the team’s budget and calendar on track: a strong launching pad into a specialist marketing career.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar industry. 1–3 years of marketing, events or community engagement experience; internal candidates with strong operational track records and demonstrated interest in marketing will be considered. Strong understanding of the alpine skiing community and knowledge of retail sales and operations.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and MS Office. Practical knowledge of e-commerce or B2B digital platforms; familiarity with CRM or email marketing tools is a plus.
Physically demanding at times: may require lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and extended time outdoors at events. Requires regular travel, including multi-day sales meetings and tradeshows. May require some lifting (up to 50 lbs. routinely, 75–100 lbs. occasionally).
