Bataleon Snowboards is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive our email marketing calendar, social media execution, and brand storytelling across global platforms. You will bridge creative direction with ecommerce execution and partner with external agencies to deliver on-brand campaigns.

The role emphasizes data-driven marketing, community engagement, and a hands-on, proactive approach to seasonal milestones and asset management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media coordination, or ecommerce marketing (action sports or outdoor industry experience is a big plus).
• Familiar with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) and social media management tools.
• Snowboard culture fluency and passion for the lifestyle.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage an agency and plan a TikTok calendar.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to handle small and big tasks alike.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end execution of the email marketing calendar, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Serve as primary liaison to external email agency, providing briefs and feedback to protect brand integrity.
• Bridge brand storytelling with ecommerce strategy to drive site traffic and product drops.
• Collaborate on automated flows and segment lists to deliver relevant content to snowboarders worldwide.
• Organize and execute Bataleon’s global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more.
• Gatekeeper for all consumer-facing digital content and maintain organized asset libraries.
